Beautiful honey-colored vintage oak box that used to be a wall-mounted phone. Yes, everyone, this is a phone 1.0. Beautiful craftsmanship stood the test of time: oak has intriguing patterns, the corners feature dovetailed joints, and the century-old patina still shows.

There is a beautiful number 671230 still imprinted on the side of the box.

The wood has been carefully sanded down and protected with teak oil.

The base is 10 1/4 by 8 3/4 inches.

The box part is 7 3/4 by 8 1/2 by 4 1/4.

The lid is 8 1/4 by 9 1/4.

Original hinges and locking hardware. The slitted side knob, if turned, will lock and unlock the box.
